Councilmember McElhaney made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kalb, to close the Public Hearing, and approve the ordinance for introduction with the following amendments: Section 17.153.060 (A)1, 17.153.050(A) and 17.153.060(F) Exceptopns to the restrictions and Conditional use permit requirements: Removed reference to the exception for affordable housing projects in finacial straits. Section 17.153.080 Sale of Residential Hotel: Removed the requirement for Residential Hotel owners to ahve to negotiate with the City during the sale of their property.
