An Agreement With The Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) And Accept Funds In The
Amount Of $1,926,218 For Fiscal Year 2018-2019 To Continue Implementing The
Oakland Path Re Housing Initiative (OPRI); And 2) Enter Into Grant Agreements With
Abode Services In An Amount Not To Exceed $1,645,168 And First Place For Youth In
An Amount Not To Exceed $281,050 For The Provision Of Permanent Housing And
Support Services Under OPRI For Fiscal Year 2018-2019; And 3) Accept And
Appropriate Additional Funds That Become Available From OHA Within The Grant Term;
And Amend The Grant Agreements To Adjust The Grant Amounts Without Returning To
