Into Grant Agreements For The 2017-2018 Permanent Access To Housing (PATH)
Strategy In A Total Amount Of $1,446,637; And Enter Into PATH Grant Agreements
For Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019 And 2019-2020 Pending Available Funding; And
Adjust The Grant Amounts Without Further Council Approval Based On Available
Funding From U. S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development (HUD) For The
Same Purpose For FY 2017 - 2020; 2) Enter Into Grant Agreements To Allocate
Required Match Funding For Three Projects Funded By HUD Continuum Of Care
(COC) Each Year In FY 2017-2018, 2018-2019, And 2019-2020; 3) Accept And
Appropriate Funds That May Be Donated To The Hunger Program In FY 2017-2018,
2018-2019, And 2019-2020 And Amend The PATH Grant Agreement With The
Alameda County Community Food Bank For Additional Funds
