Councilmember Kaplan made a motion, seconded by Council President Gibson
McElhaney, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion
passed by 8 Ayes: Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan,
Reid and President Gibson McElhaney.
A motion was made by Rebecca Kaplan, seconded by Lynette Gibson McElhaney,
