Upon the reading of Item 9.1 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened at
6:36 p.m.
No individuals spoke on this item.
Councilmember Kaplan made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Guillen, to
close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8
Ayes: Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid and
President Gibson McElhaney.
Staff was directed to include parking for motorcycles and make a city-wide
parking study, not just the downtown or certain districts.

matter be Received and Filed. The motion carried by the following vote:
