At the request of Councilmember Kalb, items 7.11, 7.12, 7.13, 7.14, and 7.15 will be withdrawn and return to a future council meeting. Hearing no further amendments, the council moved to consider the remaining items on the agenda. Roll call was modified to show Councilmember Gallo as present at 7:01 P.M. 7 CONSENT CALENDAR (CC) ITEMS: Councilmember Kaplan made a motion seconded by Councilmember Guillen to approve the urgency finding on items 7.17 and 7.18 for the following reasons: That there is a need to take immediate action which came to the attention of the local body after the agenda was posted, and that the need to take immediate action is required to avoid a substantial adverse impact that would occur if the action were deferred to a subsequent special or regular meeting and relates to a purely ceremonial or commendatory action respectively. Councilmember Guillen made a motion seconded by Councilmember Kaplan to approve the urgency finding on item 7.16 for the following reasons: That there is a need to take immediate action which came to the attention of the local body after the agenda was posted, and that the need to take immediate action relates to the need to facilitate the travel of Councilmember Guillen.
