It was announced that items 7.44 and 7.45 would not be discussed this evening.

CONSENT CALENDAR (CC) ITEMS:
Councilmember Kaplan stated she would be recused from the consideration of
item 7.8 on the consent calendar due to a financial conflict of interest. Noting the
statement of recusal, the Council President stated item 7.8 would be bifurcated
from the consent calendar and acted upon separately.

A motion was made by Gallo, seconded by Kaplan, to approve the Consent
Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:
