Councilmember Brooks took a point of personal privilege and requested that the
meeting be adjourned in memory of Khalid Shakur. Council President Gibson
McElhaney requested association with this adjournment.
Councilmember Guillén took a point of personal privilege and requested that the
meeting be adjourned in memory of Zhang Zhi Long.
President Pro Tempore Reid took a point of personal privilege and requested that
the meeting be adjourned in memory of Bobby Artmore and Luther Mae Getwood
Jones.
