President Pro Tempore Reid made a motion, seconded by Vice Mayor Kaplan, to
close the Public Hearing, and hearing no objections, the motion passed by 8
Ayes: Brooks, Campbell Washington, Gallo, Guillén, Kalb, Kaplan, Reid and
Council President Gibson McElhaney.
A motion was made by Reid, seconded by Kaplan, that this matter be Adopted.
