recommendations to the public and allow for public comment for 30 days. Staff
should widely publicize the comment period on the City's webpage and in the
media. Staff shall then bring this item back to the Committee for further review on
April 14, 2015.
The Committee also requested that staff provide a written analysis of the
implementation of the additional seven recommendations made by the Advisory
Committee.
