Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation:
1) A Resolution Accepting And Appropriating Up To $1,450,000 In East Bay Bus
Rapid Transit (BRT) Project Funds From AC Transit For Reimbursement Of City Of
Oakland Staff Costs For The Final Design And Construction Phase Activities And
Authorizing The City Administrator To Approve The Cost Allocation Plan; And

2) A Resolution Approving The East Bay Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project Business
Impact Mitigation Plan For Advanced Utility Relocations And The Parking And BRT
Business Impact Mitigation Plans For Fruitvale Bypass And Off-Street Parking Lot
Construction In The Fruitvale And Elmhurst Areas Of Oakland; And

Amended as amended to include the following addition: ""Resolved: The
proposed bus stop on 5th Avenue is not approved by this action, and further
work with the stakeholders will be conducted to determine the specific location
of the stop."" The motion carried by the following vote:

3) A Resolution Accepting And Appropriating Up To $2,500,000 From AC Transit To
