Upon the reading of Item 9.7 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened
at 7:03 P.M.
Councilmember Kaplan made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Gallo, to
close the Public Hearing and adopt Option 1, and hearing no objections, the
motion passed with 8 Ayes: Brooks, Gallo, Gibson McElhaney, Kalb, Kaplan,
Reid, Schaaf, and President Kernighan.
