Accept, Appropriate, And Spend Fiscal Year 2014 State Of California, Office Of Traffic Safety
Grant Funds (FY 2014 OTS Grant Funds) In An Amount Up To Three Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($300,000); And 2) Administer The FY 2014 OTS Grant Funds Program And All
Programs Included As Part Of The Grant Performance And Requirements In Accordance To
The Preliminary Spending Plan Including Purchases Of Equipment And Services In Excess Of
Her Purchasing Authority Without Further Council Review And Action For Equipment And
Services Required By The Grant Provided That The City's Bidding Requirements, Contracts
And Purchasing Programs/Policies Are Followed
