Councilmember Brooks, joined by Vice Mayor Reid, took a point of personal
privilege and requested that the meeting be adjourned in memory of Benjamin
Turner.
Councilmember Gibson McElhaney took a point of personal privilege and
requested that the meeting be adjourned in memory of Demitra Henderson.
Vice Mayor Reid took a point of personal privilege and requested that the
meeting be adjourned in memory of Eric Bailey.
