Councilmember Schaaf took a point of personal privilege and requested that the
meeting be adjourned in memory of Yvonne Depies, Caroline Yee, Sergeant
Loren ""Butch"" Baker, and Elizabeth Butler. Mayor Quan requested association
with this tribute. Councilmember Brooks requested association with this tribute.
Council President Kernighan requested association with this tribute.

A motion was made by Councilmember Schaaf, seconded by President Pro
Tempore Kaplan, to *Approve as Submitted. The motion carried by the
