composition of committees and chairs as distributed by Council President
Kernighan The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye; 7 - Councilmember Kalb, Councilmember Gibson McElhaney,
Councilmember Gallo, Councilmember Schaaf, Vice Mayor Reid, Council
