The committee directed staff to return to the October 23, 2012 Community and
Economic Development Committee with the following information:
1. A business plan/model for the jobs center
2. Additional funding options including exploring the 05/hour MAPLA
agreement at the Port.
3. Whether or not the outside rentals fee income for the West Oakland Library
should be adjusted out of the 2012-2013 amended budget.
