System (PFRS) And Approving Certain Related Matters; And [TITLE CHANGE]

Kaplan, that this matter be Approved On Introduction and Scheduled for
Final Passage to the * Meeting of the Oakland City Council, to be heard at
the July 3, 2012 meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:
