Foreclosed And Vacant Residential Building Registration Program) By Expanding It To
Include Both Vacant And Occupied Residential Properties And Multiple Unit Buildings To The
Foreclosed And Defaulted Residential Property Registration Program, To Set Out More
Specific Maintenance And Security Requirements And To Provide For Abatement Of Blight
And Nuisances At Such Properties
