Authorizing A Fiscal Year 2012-13 Increase To A Special Tax Imposed For Emergency
Medical Services, In Accordance With The Consumer Price Index, And Pursuant To The
Emergency Medical Services Retention Act Of 1997 (Measure M)

Councilmember Kernighan, that this matter be Approved On Introduction
and Scheduled for Final Passage to the * Meeting of the Oakland City
Council, to be heard at the June 19, 2012 meeting. The motion carried by
the following vote:
