A motion was made by Vice Mayor Nadel, seconded by Councilmember
Schaaf, that this matter be Adopted as Amended to approve all
recommendations except the waiver of Arizona policy (Resolution 82727
C.M.S.) which urges city departments from entering in to contracts with
companies with headquarters in Arizona. The committee directed staff to
return to the April 24, 2012 Public Works Committee with alternatives to
waiving this restriction. The motion carried by the following vote:
