A motion was made by Councilmember Kaplan, seconded by
Councilmember Kernighan, to *Approve as Submitted the report of
Agency Counsel confirming on Final Decisions or Non-Confidential Closed
Session Discussion during Closed Session. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Votes: Excused; 2 - Councilmember Brunner and Councilmember Nadel
Aye; 6 - Vice Mayor Brooks, President Pro Tempore De La Fuente,
