The Oakland City Council Rules and Legislation Committee convened at
11:00am, with Council President Reid presiding as Chairperson.

Closed Session
A motion was made by President Pro Tempore De La Fuente, seconded by
Member Schaaf, to *Approve as Submitted two special Closed Sessions,
one on June 28, 2011 at 9am and the other on June 30, 2011 at 12pm, also a
closed session on July 5, 2011 tentatively scheduled for 3:30pm The motion
carried by the following vote:
Votes: Aye; 4 - Member Schaaf, Vice Mayor Brooks, Member Reid and President Pro

Approval of the Draft Minutes from the Committee meetings of June 2 and June 9, 2011
