Number 9336, As Amended) To Establish A Medical Cannabis Dispensary Permit Application
Fee Of $5,000 And An Annual Regulatory Fee For Permitted Medical Dispensaries Of $60,000.

Councilmember Reid, to Approved As Amended On Introduction to the
Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment Agency / City Council,
due back on December 21, 2010 to edit the language to remove the
December 1 effective date to provide for an accurate and immediate
effective date of the ordinance. The motion carried by the following vote:
