Councilmember Brooks, that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried
by the following vote:

Councilmember Kaplan, that this matter be Approved as Amended to the
application to require the collection of business taxes since the inception of
the business be paid at the time of application for a new permit, with
approval of Option B. The motion carried by the following vote:
