And Adopting One Of The Following Two Alternative Resolutions:
1) A Resolution Denying The Appeal (A09-220), Thereby Upholding The Planning
Commission Decision To Approve A Major Conditional Use Permit And Variance At 6400
Shattuck Avenue For Alcoholic Beverage Sales Commercial Activity; Or Alternatively,
