Convention Center For A Term Of Up To 12 Years For A Total Lease Payment Of $2,000,000
In Fiscal Year 2009 - 2010 And $2,000,000 In Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011; And

Councilmember Brooks, that this matter be Approved on Introduction for
Final Passage to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment
Agency / City Council, due back on June 15, 2010. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 8 - Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember
Kaplan, Councilmember De La Fuente, President of the Council Brunner,

President of the Council Brunner, that this matter be Adopted. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Kaplan, Councilmember De La Fuente, President of the Council Brunner,
Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Brooks and
Councilmember Reid
Upon the reading of Item 9.5 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened
at 7:16 p.m.
