Medical Services In Accordance With The Emergency Medical Services Retention Act Of 1997
(Measure M) In Setting June 1, 2010 As The Date For Public Hearing

A motion was made by Councilmember Brooks, seconded by
Councilmember Kaplan, that this matter be Approved on Introduction for
Final Passage to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment
Agency / City Council, due back on June 15, 2010. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 8 - Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember
Kaplan, Councilmember De La Fuente, President of the Council Brunner,
Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Brooks and
Councilmember Reid
Upon the reading of Item 9.1 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was opened
at 7:00 p.m.

Agency/Councilmember Kaplan, to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no
