Councilmember Quan, that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried by
the following vote:

ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 7 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember
Kaplan, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember
Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council Brunner
The recommendation of the April 27, 2010 Public Works committee was NOT
adopted.
