City Attorney of 3 final decisions made during Closed Session and included
with these minutes, referenced as ""Attachment A."" The motion carried by
the following vote:

ORACouncilmember Ayes: 7 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember De La
Fuente, Councilmember Kaplan, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember
