Further Resolved (Resolved #4) Change the donation amount to ""up to"" $32,000 2. Further Resolved (Resolved #3) Change to read"" and execute professional service agreements between the City and both San Lorenzo Unified School District and Revolution Foods splitting the contract amount of $210,000 in a ratio as close as possible to a 60%/40% split between the two vendors, with Revolution Foods portion to remain below $100,000. 3.
