Councilmember Reid, that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Brunner, Councilmember Chang, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember
Nadel, Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council

Upon the reading of Item 14.6 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was
opened at 8:28 p.m.
