this matter be *Received and Filed. The motion carried by the following
vote:

Member Kernighan, Member Nadel, Member Quan, Member Reid and Member
De La Fuente
Council directed staff to look into securing other funding for the installation of
the GPS system (i.e. Federal & State grants)
