Brunner, to *Approve as Submitted the report from the Office of the City
Attorney of two final decisions made during Closed Session. Please refer to
Attachment A for the details of the two final decisions. The motion carried
by the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Absent: 3 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember
Nadel and Councilmember Reid
ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 5 - Councilmember Brunner, Member Chang,
