The Abandonment, Destruction Or Donation To Public Bodies, Charitable, Civic Or
Nonprofit Organizations, Of City Property Which Has No Commercial Value Or Of
Which The Estimated Cost Of Continued Care, Handling, Maintenance Or Storage
