Landscape & Lighting Assessment Increase

Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation:
1) A Resolution Directing That The Oakland Landscape And Lighting Assessment District Fiscal
Year 2008-2009 Assessment Be At Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Rate And Turned Over To The
County Auditor For Billing And Collection; And

A motion was made by Councilmember Quan, seconded by President of the
Council De La Fuente, that this matter be Adopted as Amended to the
resolution to include the following language: ""The filed diagram of June
17, 2008 is confirmed and the Engineer shall modify and file the
appropriate and conforming reports for the collection of assessments at the
2007-2008 fiscal year rates"". The motion carried by the following vote:
