Store To Provide Plastic Carryout Bags To Customers For Not Less Than $0.25 Per Bag If The
Store Does Not Meet Or Exceed A Plastic Carryout Bag Diversion Rate Of 70% And To Provide
Paper Carryout Bags To Customers For Not Less Than $0.25 Per Bag
