And Development Agreement To Provide For A Bridge Loan Between The Agency And Fox
Oakland Theater Inc (FOT), A Non-Profit Entity, In An Amount Not To Exceed $7,450,000 To
Fund The Completion Of The Fox Theater Renovation Project;
