Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Quan,

A motion was made by Councilmember Kernighan seconded by Councilmember
Chang to amend the resolution by changing the date of the audit to cover the
period of July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2008
