Recommendation: Adopt An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 12809 C.M.S. (Master
Fee Schedule), As Amended, To Modify Permit Fees Assessed By The Parking Division For The
""Interim Mixed-Use Parking Permit Program For The Jack London District,"" As Follows: (A)
Modify The Cost Of One-Day Permits From One Dollar ($1) To Ten Dollars ($10); And (B)
Modify The Cost Of Two-Week Permits From Five Dollars ($5) To Fifty Dollars ($50), In Order
To Maintain The Program's Cost-Neutrality

A motion was made by Councilmember Nadel, seconded by
Councilmember Quan, that this matter be Approved on Introduction for
Final Passage to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment
Agency / City Council, due back on July 15, 2008. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 8 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember
Brunner, Member Chang, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel,
Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council De La
