Nadel, that this matter be Approved for Final Passage. The motion carried
by the following vote:

Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council De La
Fuente
Council directed staff to look at the fees currently being charged to the Filming
Industry for filming in Oakland and to bring back a report to the October 14,
2008 Finance and Management Committee meeting
