A motion was made by Councilmember Reid, seconded by President of the
Council De La Fuente, that this matter be Approved on Introduction for
Final Passage to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment
Agency / City Council, due back on July 1, 2008. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 8 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember
Brunner, Member Chang, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel,
Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council De La
Fuente
Upon the reading of Item 14. 5 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was
opened at 8:06 p.m.
