Dwelling Units With Five Or More Bedrooms; And Increasing The Threshold Before Certain
Projects Require A Major Conditional Use Permit In the R-36 And R-40 Zones)

A motion was made by Councilmember Brunner, seconded by
Councilmember Nadel, that this matter be Approved on Introduction for
Final Passage to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment
Agency / City Council, due back on May 20, 2008. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 8 - Councilmember Brooks, Councilmember
Brunner, Member Chang, Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel,
Councilmember Quan, Councilmember Reid and President of the Council De La
Fuente
Upon the reading of Item 14.1 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was
opened at 7:46 PM.
Agency/Councilmember Nadel made a motion, seconded by
Agency/Councilmember Chang to close the Public Hearing, and hearing no
objections, the motion passed by Ayes: Agency/Councilmember: Brooks,
Brunner, Chang, Kernighan, Nadel, Reid, Quan, and President of the Council
