Create housing and business mix from tidewater to estuary. Area 11a: Follow specific plan as codified Recognizing that there might still be incompatible adjacencies between housing and industry, such as in subareas 1, 5 and 8, council requests that City Staff return to council in two months, after hold a public input process, with a comprehensive criteria to use for general plan amendment applications in the industrial area that would create appropriate buffers.
