Of California/Colorado, LLC To Construct And Operate A Cable System To Provide Cable
Service Within The City Of Oakland; Amending The Terms And Conditions Of The Franchise;
And Establishing Certain Remedies For The Violation Of The Franchise

Councilmember Reid, that this matter be Approved on Introduction for
Final Passage to the *Special Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland
Redevelopment Agency/City Council, due back on February 5, 2008. The
