Quan, that this matter be *Received and Filed. The motion carried by the

ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 7 - Councilmember Brooks, Vice Mayor Chang,
Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Quan,
Councilmember Reid and President of the Council De La Fuente
Upon the reading of Item 14. 2 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was
opened at 9:57p.m.
