A motion was made by Councilmember Reid, seconded by Council President De
La Fuente to reconsider A Resolution Conditionally Accepting Irrevocable
Dedications Of Public Right-Of-Way From Pulte Home Corporation And
Mother Fish LLC For A New Public Street In The Arcadia Park Subdivision To
Connect With 92nd Avenue, heard during the November 6, 2007 City Council
meeting and hearing no objections the motion passed with the following vote: 7

at the December 18, 2007 meeting. The motion carried by the following
