Authorizing A Competitive Request For Proposal Process, For The Purchase Of A
Computerized System Involving Products And Services, And Authorizing The City
Administrator, Or Her Designee, To Negotiate And Award An Agreement To Vestra Resources,
Inc. For A Work Management System For The Public Works Agency, Including Hardware,
Software And Configuration, Installation, Testing, Training, And Support Services In An Amount
Not To Exceed One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00), Including A Ten
Percent Contingency

Councilmember Brunner, that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried
by the following vote:
