Recommendation: Conduct A Public Hearing And Upon Conclusion Adopt The Following Pieces
Of Legislation:
1) Approve The Introduction (First Reading) Of An Ordinance Adopting The First Amendment
To The Broadway/MacArthur/ San Pablo Redevelopment Plan To Limit The Redevelopment
Agency's Eminent Domain Authority Over Residential Property; And

A motion was made by Councilmember Brunner, seconded by
Councilmember Quan, that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried
by the following vote:
Votes: ORAICouncilmember Absent: 1 - Councilmember Reid
ORAICouncilmember Ayes: 7 - Councilmember Kernighan, Councilmember
Chang, Councilmember Nadel, Councilmember Brunner, Councilmember Quan,
President of the Council De La Fuente and Councilmember Brooks
Upon the reading of Item 14.3 by the City Clerk, the Public Hearing was
opened at 10.07 pm
