Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Administrator to apply for, accept
and appropriate grant funds from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety in an amount
not to exceed one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) for the expansion of the
Children's Bicycle Safety Program (04-0722)
